Wealth Is More Than Money: Redefining What It Means to Be Rich
If you looked at my bank account right now, you might wonder how someone like me — a self-proclaimed Million Dollar Mindset Coach — can talk about wealth when I don’t even have a million dollars in the bank. But what if I told you that true wealth has very little to do with money at all?
Lately, I’ve been reflecting on what it truly means to be “wealthy.” As I step into this next chapter of my life — coaching entrepreneurs, launching new brands, and walking by faith — I’ve realized that my richest moments have nothing to do with dollar signs.
You see, wealth is often measured by numbers, but I’ve learned to measure mine by impact. When I help another woman launch her business… when I see a client gain confidence to chase her purpose… when I teach someone how to build something from nothing — that’s wealth.
The other day I was thinking about one of my new clients — a dear friend who hunted me down (literally blew up my phone for days! 😅) because she wanted me to help her grow her senior care business. She’s eager, driven, and full of potential — and I already know she’s going to make it.
But that conversation got me thinking:
How can I call myself a “wealth builder” when I’m not yet financially where I want to be?
And the answer came so clear:
👉 Because wealth isn’t about what I have — it’s about what I give.
I may not be sitting on millions (yet 😉), but I’m rich in spirit. I’m rich in wisdom, in knowledge, in purpose, in faith, in family, and in love. Those are currencies that never lose value.
I’m wealthy because I can pour into others.
I’m wealthy because I wake up every day walking in my purpose.
I’m wealthy because I’m leaving my children not just with money — but with mindset.
And if you ask me, that’s the most valuable inheritance of all.
🌱 CLOSING REFLECTION
Money will come and go — it’s energy. But wisdom, faith, love, and purpose? Those are eternal. And when you build your life on those things first, the financial abundance follows naturally.
So today, I challenge you to look at your own definition of wealth.
What if your wealth isn’t measured by what’s in your bank… but by what’s in your heart, your mind, and your impact on others?
Because at the end of the day — that’s what true generational wealth really is. 💛
